Notion Client Portal: HubSpot, Calendly and Slack

Challenge

Client and project information lived separately in HubSpot, Calendly and Slack, with no single place that reflected the current state of a client relationship.

Objective

Build a single Notion hub that pulls client and scheduling data in automatically, instead of requiring it to be reentered or manually cross referenced.

System Designed

A Notion client portal connected to HubSpot, Calendly and Slack, so new clients, bookings and relevant conversations populate the hub without manual entry.

Result

Built and published as a working example of a connected Notion operations hub.

Workflow

• A new HubSpot contact or Calendly booking creates or updates the matching Notion record automatically
• Relevant Slack activity is linked back to the client's Notion record
• The hub stays current without anyone manually copying information between tools
